Master’s Goals - Know how to develop conscience and empathy as principal processes for children’s growth; - Operate efficiently in hard situation with students of the scholastic and educational institute you work in; - Apply specific ability, personal skills and counsellor communicative strategies to activate and reorder individual child’s resources in order to make choices and exchanges in situation that he feels as disturbing; - Develop the ability of giving an useful support in all those situations in which is necessary to take decisions and make choices; - Make documented researches as support for the elaboration and planning of orientation activities; - Evaluate both test and oral results; - Plan, schedule and organize educational orientation activities; - Handle logistical and organizational aspects of the activities; - Develop the competence to handle orientation exames to promote educational continuity.
PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL ORIENTATION AND COUNSELING
This Master wants to give professional competences for “Expert of primary and secondary school orientation and counseling” degree by teaching theoretical and methodological models, tests and intervention strategies to improve adaptability in situation of unease and that give an useful support in all those situations in which is necessary to take decisions and make choices to handle students’ orientation activities.
